LCD screen won’t power on

The batteries may need to be replaced. Replace with three new AAA batteries.

LCD screen does not show a temperature reading

Ensure that the water is constantly flowing over the temperature sensor and adjust spout cover position if necessary. Batteries may also need to be replaced.

LCD screen displaying “Err”

The product is equipped with a sensor that measures water temperature. If the sensor malfunctions, the code "Err" will be displayed on the LCD. Discontinue use and contact us.

Water got into the screen

We recommend discontinuing use of the product. The spout cover will need to be replaced.
