Where does 4moms ship?
4moms ships to physical addresses in the United States. We do not ship to PO or APO Boxes.
Do all orders qualify for free shipping?
No. Shipping rates are calculated using the item(s) full list price, as shown in the cart total, prior to promotions and / or taxes being applied. If your cart total is $19.99 or less, shipping cost is $4.99. If your cart total is between $20 - $69.99, shipping cost is $7.99. If your cart total is $70 or more, shipping is free.

Free and flat rate shipping is not available for residents in Alaska and Hawaii regardless of subtotal and/or total of order. Shipping rates for residents in Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated during checkout.
Do you ship to Canada?
No.
Can orders be shipped outside of the United States?
No. We have distributors in different regions of the world. Please visit our Global Website to see where our products are distributed.
Can orders be shipped to P.O. Boxes?
No.
Can orders be shipped to APO/FPO addresses?
No.
Can orders be shipped to US Territories?
No.
Where do 4moms packages ship from?
Depending upon the product(s) in your order, items will ship from one or more of our three warehouse locations: California, Illinois or Georgia.
How soon will my order arrive?
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3 business days of placing your order. Ground shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days.
Backordered or out-of-stock items will take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment. There may be processing delays during sale events and peak shopping days.
Standard shipping time frames
- Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET Mon-Fri will ship within one to two business days.
- Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET on Friday, and any time Saturday/Sunday will ship within one to three business days the following week.
Is expedited shipping available?
No.
4moms observes the following US holiday calendar and orders placed on these days will usually ship the next non-holiday business day.
- New Year’s Eve and Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
How can I track my order?
When your order is picked up by our carrier you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). It may take between 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
What if I didn’t receive an email with tracking info for my order?
Please check your spam / promotions / junk folder.
Who is responsible for lost or stolen items?
4moms is not responsible for lost or stolen items if FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) can confirm delivery at the address provided. If the tracking number confirms your package was delivered and you have not received it you need to initiate a lost package claim with FedEx by calling 800-463-3339, UPS by calling 800-742-5877 or the United States Postal Service by calling 800-275-8777.
Who is responsible if an incorrect / incomplete address is provided at checkout?
4moms is not responsible if an incorrect/incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout. 4moms does not take responsibility for any additional shipping costs associated with re-routing an order or if the consumer chooses to return to sender.
Which carrier will deliver my package?
Orders shipping in the United States will ship using either FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) or possibly a combination, depending upon the item(s) in your order.
Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?
We make every effort to ship your items together, however there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments.
Common reasons for dividing an order may be:
- The combination of items in your order
- Items shipping through different carriers (FedEx, UPS and /or USPS)

What is 4moms return policy?
If, within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, any item(s) from that order may be returned in their original packaging. Upon receipt and approved inspection of the item(s), a refund of the item(s) original value and tax, minus a one-time flat $10 restocking fee will be applied to the original payment method used for that purchase.
Please contact 4moms Customer Care for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping return label.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Can I cancel or return my 4moms eGift card?
No. 4moms eGift card sales are final and non-refundable. Please see our gift card FAQs here. Please note that as of August 9, 2024 we are no longer selling 4moms eGift Cards. As it relates to eGift cards purchased previously -
How do I return merchandise purchased from 4moms.com?
Please contact our Customer Care team using our Contact Form or by calling 888-614-6667, weekdays, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label. Please have your webstore order number available.
How do I return a gift I received from 4moms.com?
Please contact our Customer Care team directly to discuss your options.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days, after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise. Depending upon your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
