Troubleshooting

I cannot open my breeze plus playard. 

Check to ensure that the breeze plus has enough clearance on all sides to fully open.  Open the breeze plus slowly.  

I cannot close my breeze plus playard.

Ensure nothing is caught underneath that would prevent it from closing.  Close the breeze plus slowly. 

It's difficult to disassemble / remove the flip changing table. 

The flip changing table is intended to be assembled/ attached one time only. 

My breeze sheet doesn't fit on the mattress properly, it seems too small. 

The sheet is designed to fit tightly over the mattress.  Fold the mattress in half (grey side to grey side), then wrap the sheet corners over each corner of the mattress and then pull the sheet down, over the sides of the mattress, and then unfold the mattress.
