How do I pair my 4moms® product to Bluetooth?
Click the plus sign (+) in the top right corner and select the product you wish to pair. Select the model and then Pair Your Device. It will prompt you to hold down the music note button for 3 seconds. App will search for your product and confirm when it’s successfully paired. Enter your Device Name (optional). Select Done, -OR- Skip. After the pairing is complete, you may control product motion and sound settings from your phone.
How to disable/enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the mamaRoo?
To disable, press and hold the music icon for 10 seconds until the green light turns on.
To enable, press and hold the music icon for 10 seconds until the green light turns off.
How do I save a Preset for my Bluetooth product?
After you successfully pair your MamaRoo® Multi-Motion Baby Swing and/or MamaRoo Sleep® Bassinet, go to the product page. Turn on your product and select a unique motion and/or sound. Save this motion/sound setting as a preset by tapping the “+Save Preset” circle above the product image.
How do I delete a Preset for my Bluetooth product?
Select the device from your My Products page. Press and hold the Preset number circle above the device image. Click on the Delete button.
The app is not finding my product to connect to Bluetooth. What can I do?
When you download the 4moms® App, you must grant permission for the app to access your phone's bluetooth. If you tapped "no" when you downloaded the 4moms app, the app would not be able to pair with the mamaRoo, even if it appears that your phone's bluetooth is enabled.
To fix this, please navigate to your phone's settings and then to the 4moms app. You can adjust your settings to allow the 4moms app to have access to your phone's bluetooth, and you should then be able to pair.
If you still have trouble after doing this, we recommend uninstalling the 4moms app, restarting your phone and unplugging the mamaRoo, and then reinstalling the 4moms app and trying to pair again after you've plugged the mamaRoo back in.
It would be unusual for you to continue to have trouble after doing this, but if you do, please email our Customer Success Team at support@4moms.com.
