How do I create a new 4moms® app account?
Click the App Settings menu in the top left corner. Go to Account and then select Sign Up. Fill in the text fields (email, password, first name, last name, child’s date of birth) and then select Create Account.
How do I sign in/sign out of my account?
To sign in to your existing app account, click the App Settings menu in the top left corner and then select Account. Click Sign In at the bottom of the page and then enter your email address and password.
To sign out of your account, click the App settings menu in the top left corner and then select Account. Click the Sign Out icon in the top right corner.
How do I edit my account?
Click the App Settings menu in the top left corner and then select Account. When you’re finished editing your account details, please select Save at the bottom of the screen.
What happens if I forget my account password?
Click the App Settings menu in the top left corner, then select Account. Select Sign In and click ‘Forgot your password?’. Enter your email address and click Reset Password. You will receive an email shortly with a link to reset your password.
How do I reset my password?
Click the App Settings menu in the top left corner and then select Account. Select ‘Reset Password” and enter your email address. You will receive an email shortly with a link to reset your password.
How do I delete my 4moms App Account?
Click the App Settings menu in the top let corner and then select Account. At the bottom of the Edit My Account page you'll see a link to email support@4moms.com. Or you can email support@4moms.com separeately and our Customer Success Team will delete your account. Please note that deleting your account does not unregister the product.
