If within 30 days of receipt of your new bassinet, you or your little one doesn't love it, you can contact our 4moms® Customer Care team to arrange for return of the product and a refund of your purchase price plus any tax paid, minus a flat $10 restocking fee.
When you receive your bassinet, please do not discard the box or any of the original packaging materials. To qualify for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, the bassinet needs to be returned in its original packaging.

How do I repackage my bassinet for return shipping?
The product needs to be returned in the original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed after your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse. This can take approximately two weeks from the date of receipt.
