Can I buy the tub newborn insert separately to use in my old 4moms tub?

We make the newborn insert available on the Spare Parts page of 4moms.com. The insert is compatible with the previous tub, model 2000707, but not the original 4moms tub, model 4M-002-01.

Why is the newborn insert sold as a spare part, but not as an accessory?

If a parent were to misplace or damage their newborn insert, we wanted to make it available for purchase on our site. It is compatible with one of our previous tub models (2000707) – as the dimensions of this tub are the same as our newest version, but we are not permitted to sell it as an accessory, as it is missing the necessary warning labels.
