Dial won't turn

There is a lock switch located at the base of the Activation Dial (see image below). Slide the switch up to lock the dial and down to unlock it.

Phone is not charging

If your stroller battery level is below a certain level, your phone won’t get charged. Charging also stops when the stroller is stationary.

How to locate an error code

The four digits of your origami stroller’s lifetime odometer will display the error code that Customer Care will need in order to help you troubleshoot.
