LCD screen won’t power on

The batteries may need to be replaced. Replace with two new AAA batteries.

LCD screen does not show a temperature reading

Ensure that the water is passing through the reservoir and over the thermistor in the front of the tub.

LCD screen is displaying “Err”

The product is equipped with a sensor that measures water temperature. If the sensor malfunctions, the code “Err” will be displayed on the LCD. Discontinue use and contact us.

Water got into the screen

We recommend discontinuing use of the product. The tub will need to be replaced.
