Is the breeze playard suitable for twins?
No. The breeze playard is not approved for use with twins. Safety requirements dictate a physical barrier must be present between the two children.
Is the breeze playard approved for overnight sleeping? / Is it safe for my child to sleep, overnight, in the breeze playard?
The 4moms breeze playard meets all relevant playpen safety standards. The breeze playard is intended for playing or sleeping. When used for playing, never leave child unattended and always keep child in view. When used for sleeping, you must still provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child.
We recommend you follow the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) safe sleeping guidelines.
How do I open and close the breeze playard?
Each opening or closing operation should take 3-5 seconds. Open and close the playard by pushing the handle straight down. Do not push or pull the posts or any other component while opening or closing. Carry only by the handle or by gathering all four posts. If you have plush carpet and the breeze is sticking when opening, try spreading apart the four corners a bit up top and then push down on the central hub.
Can I add an additional mattress to the breeze playard?
No, use only the mattress provided by 4moms® (which must be at least 44.25” L x 31.5” W and not more than 1” thick).
Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child. When used for playing, never leave child unattended.
To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
Never use this product if there are any loose or missing fasteners, loose joints, broken parts, or torn mesh or fabric. Check before assembly and periodically during use. Contact 4moms® for replacement parts. Never substitute parts.
Never use plastic shipping bag or other plastic film not sold and intended for that purpose as mattress covers. They can cause suffocation.
Can I use the breeze playard or bassinet mattress with the breeze GO, breeze plus or the new breeze classic?
No, the breeze GO, breeze plus and new breeze classic are a different size than the original breeze (model #1028).
Can I use the travel bag with the breeze classic, breeze plus and breeze GO?
Yes. The travel bag will fit the all breeze playard models.
Can I attach the breeze bassinet on the breeze GO, breeze plus or new breeze classic?
No, the original breeze playard(model #1028) is larger than the new breeze GO, breeze classic and breeze plus so the bassinet is NOT compatible.
Are there any 3rd party accessories that I can use with my 4moms product?
No. 4moms does not support the use of any 3rd party accessories, as they have not been tested by 4moms and could pose a potential safety risk. Only use accessories manufactured and sold directly by 4moms.
Will the bassinet from the new breeze classic (model #1038) fit my older model breeze (model #1028)? Will the bassinet & changer from the breeze plus fit?
No, the new breeze classic and breeze plus models are a different size than the original breeze (model #1028) so the bassinet and/or changer will not attach correctly or safely.
Is the diaper storage caddy accessory compatible with my breeze?
Yes, the diaper storage caddy (sold separately) is compatible with all models of the breeze playard.
Can I use the new playard and/or bassinet sheets on my older model breeze playard (model #1028)?
No, the new sheets are smaller in size and do NOT fit the original model breeze playard (#1028).
