Why is my bassinet not moving and the screen is flashing?
Check to ensure that you have removed all 4 screws and the cardboard on the underside of the bassinet. If these have not been removed the bassinet will attempt to move and then stop; additionally, the screen will flash, and the speed 1 LED light will remain on. If you have removed the screws and are still having trouble, please contact 4moms Customer Care at Support@4moms.com
Unit is powered on but not moving
Make sure you are using the original 4moms labeled power cord that came with the MamaRoo Sleep Bassinet. Use of any other power cord may result in a variety of outcomes ranging from limited power to completely damaging the unit. If you do not have the original power cord, a replacement may be purchased on the Spare Parts page of 4moms.com.
My bassinet is not working, out of the box.
If your bassinet is not working out of the box, please be sure that you have removed all 4 screws on the underside of the bassinet. These 4 screws would have been securing the cardboard in place. If you do not remove the screws before turning the unit on, the bassinet will attempt to move and then stop; additionally, the screen will flash, and the speed 1 LED light will be on. If you have removed the screws and are still having trouble, please contact 4moms Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
LCD is blinking/flashing
Something may be blocking the movement. Clear any visible obstruction and then press any motion icon to resume. If the issue persists, unplug the unit and plug it back in. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please reach out to 4moms Customer Care.
